CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will forfeit deposit and result in a 30% fee. NO-SHOW POLICY: Failure to show without notice will result in full payment due and may prevent future bookings. LATE POLICY: There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than this may result in a canceled appointment and loss of deposit. DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the service total. NO REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable once completed. SERVICE GUARANTEE: Issues must be reported within 48 hours for a possible fix. After that timeframe, repairs may incur an additional charge. GUEST POLICY: Children and extra guests are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved. PAYMENT: Cash is preferred but if needed payment is accepted through Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo or CashApp.
